Throughout his professional career that encompasses architectural practice, public policy, academic research and historic preservation, James Nichols has been dedicated to realizing projects that make a difference in the lives of people, the communities in which they live, and the institutions that serve them.

Mr. Nichols has effectively applied his strong communications abilities, broad knowledge base, and deep analytical skills to address the facility needs of a diverse array of public and private sector clients, both as a team leader and as a team member. He has been highly successful at winning new clients and effectively managing client relationships through all project phases.
